Please use this form to offer an activity at Communidée. We will get in touch with you to confirm the details before publishing it on the calendar.

Title & description of the activity

Tuesday or Friday, AM or PM, and how many sessions. While each time slot is 2 hours, the activity can be shorter, allowing for some free time or another activity before and after. Please consult the calendar of activities and/or contact Sonya to see what times are available.

Room 129 (the kitchen/classroom) or the mini gym.

Parents must be present, may be present, or please don't stay.

On a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being structured (animated), and 5 being unstructured (child-driven, discovery, play).

Do participants have to sign up in advance? (We are generally going with that model, but it's up to you.) If yes, you will administer the sign ups for your activities. You will get an email when someone signs up using the sign up feature online. Please let me know if I can post your email and/or phone number as well.

Supplies that you will bring.

Any requirements of participants - what to bring, what to know, whatever.

Activities can easily take place in the park outside, weather-permitting, or anywhere in the area : ) If you provide an address, we can include a Google map.
